A complete Nexus R3 starting point: the VCU plus a 2.5 m (8 ft) universal wire-in engine harness.

The Haltech Nexus R3 is a Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) that combines a full engine management system, a power distribution module (PDM), a data logger and a wideband controller in one compact unit. It suits engines up to 8 cylinders or 4 rotors, and is aimed at race cars that need advanced race features, data logging and power management without a box of separate modules.

About the universal wire-in harness

Made for dedicated race cars, engine swaps and custom wiring jobs. One end carries the Haltech connectors and the other is left unterminated, so every circuit can be run exactly where your build needs it. All wires are colour coded and labelled to match Haltech's wiring diagram for a straightforward, confusion-free install. Plug it in, wire up the engine following the diagram, load a base map and start tuning. The manual and software come with the VCU and are also available to download from Haltech.
